This is the review of Arctic Fortune Video Slot game which is quite a popular game and I definitely see why. The game has a Viking Arctic theme and has great music that has a lot of drum beats and very exciting and keeps you on your toes. The game is played with way wins, just the type of game that I like. I do enjoy games with way wins as they don’t have pay lines but, you win by symbols falling on adjacent reels so, the symbols can fall any place on a reel, but the reels next to (adjacent) each other have to have the same symbols. This game is great as the symbols sometimes fall 2 to a reel which gives you great chances at getting a nice win, you have up to 1024 ways to win.

The Wild in the game is the Arctic Fortune symbol; it looks like a Viking Shield with horns on the top with the words Arctic Fortune over it, these appear on reels 2 and 4 only. This wild symbol substitutes for all symbols except the scatter symbol. I think that the wild symbol appears often and appears to complete sets or combinations often, and is responsible for quite a few 5 of a kind combinations coming around often. While I was playing the game, I hit quite a few 5 of kind with even a few of them being more than 5 with 2 or more symbols appearing on some of the reels, making it 6 or 7 of a kind. I have some pictures of these kinds of combinations in my gallery below, eg. Pictures 2, 5, 6, 7 and 12.

The Scatter in the game is the symbol with the Map with a dagger piercing a red X on the map. A little animation plays when you win with this symbol. Any 2 scatter symbols falling on the reels, pay 1x total bet. When you get 3, 4 or 5 Scatter symbols in any position on the reels, it triggers the Free Spin feature. With the feature you can win up to 40 Free Spins with up to 6x multiplier and a bonus award of up to 9000 coins. Bonus wins are multiplied by the total number of coins that you stake. Before the Free spins start, you get to shoot the spiders which award you bonus coins and the number of free spins. All wins during the free spins are multiplied by the free spins multiplier awarded. All bets are the same as the game that started the free spins. Getting 3, 4 or 5 scatters during the free spins will award and extra 3, 4 or 5 free spin respectively. Scatter wins multiplied by total bet staked. Way wins pay according to pay table and are multiplied by the coins bet and scatter wins added to way wins.

This is such an exciting game to play. I played at $2 a game in the beginning and sometimes changed to $5 and sometimes got really good wins when I hit a nice combination. (Picture 7) I would advise you to change up your bet now and then as, you can feel when a nice combination is going to come along. Play the game at a bet that is comfortable to you and then sometimes click BET MAX, you might get lucky like I did. There where times when I got a really good win with my usual bet, by getting a high value symbol (the Viking men or women) in 5 of a kind (picture 13). I do recommend that you play this game, it definitely is one of my favourite top 10 games. I do like a game that has features and a potential to get you big wins, you will definitely like this game if you like a game with features and a gamble.
